Where do your 50+ patients go after discharge?
You get them out of pain and moving again. Then they go to a gym where nobody reads the notes, loads them like a thirty-year-old, and sends them back to you in six months.
We are the other option. FMS and SFMA certified, adults 50 and older only, and explicit about where our scope ends.
No fee, no kickback, no strings. We would rather earn the second referral.

FMS 1 & 2, SFMA 1 & 2, YBT, FCS

Screen scores back to you
What we do, and what we will never do
We do
- Screen movement with FMS and SFMA and score it
- Progress load gradually against your restrictions
- Send you the screen scores and flag anything that changes
- Send them straight back to you when something is off
We never
- Diagnose, treat, or offer a clinical opinion
- Override or quietly reinterpret your restrictions
- Take a patient who has not been cleared
- Position ourselves as an alternative to physical therapy
Our founder learned the cost of working outside scope
Jesse Covele’s father was diagnosed with motor neuron disease. Jesse sat in on the sessions, and what he saw sent him into the research and then into certification after certification.
He now holds eight certifications — FMS Level 1 and 2, SFMA Level 1 and 2, Y Balance Testing and Functional Capacity Screening — the most within a 100-mile radius. In a state where a personal trainer needs no qualification at all, that is a deliberate choice about who gets to put load on a body.
Four steps, and you stay in the loop
You send them, with your notes
Call, email, or hand them a card. Whatever restrictions you want respected, put them in writing and we will work to them.
We screen and share the scores
Full FMS and SFMA screen in their first sessions, scored and written down. With the patient’s permission you get a copy.
We load gradually and stay in touch
Private sessions to begin with so there are eyes on every rep. If something you flagged starts behaving differently, you hear about it from us.
We re-score and report
Same screen, re-run later, so you can see what happened to your patient after they left your care rather than wondering.
Refer a patient,
or come and look first.
Plenty of clinicians want to see the floor and meet the person who will be coaching their patient before they send anyone. That is the right instinct — come in, watch a session, ask whatever you like.
No referral fee changes hands in either direction. We would rather be worth the second referral than paid for the first.
