Programs · 1-on-1

Personal training,
built for one body.

Fully private. One coach, one client, one program written from your movement screen and your injury history — not a template with your name on it.

Whether that means getting back on the course at Dunes West, staying competitive on the pickleball court, walking Shem Creek without your knee aching, or just going through a normal day without bracing for what is next.

Free. No training, no equipment, no commitment. You leave with a clear direction.

Why it works

One trainer. One client. Every session earned from your numbers.

The screen comes before the training

Before your first session we run a complete Functional Movement Screen. It is a screening tool, not a clinical diagnosis — it finds the imbalances, asymmetries and weaknesses that every session after it is built to address.

A program written for your body alone

Every exercise, progression and adjustment comes from your screen and how you respond week to week. That is what makes the strength hold instead of unwinding the moment something flares up.

Progress you can actually see

Body composition scans, goal reviews and movement tracking from day one. Strength gains and mobility changes get measured against your baseline. Feeling better is the start; the numbers are how you know it is real.

Your health team, pulling the same way

If you are working with a Physical Therapist we coordinate directly with them, and we stay inside our scope as a certified training team. Your clinical care and your training stop contradicting each other.

What an hour looks like

Nothing in the session is there by accident

1

Check in

How you slept, what is sore, what you did since we last saw you. It changes what we do that day.

2

Prepare the movement

Mobility and positioning work aimed at the specific restrictions your screen flagged, not a generic warm-up.

3

Train the strength

Loaded work at a level your body has earned. Hard, coached, and adjusted rep by rep if your form says so.

4

Log it and set the week

Numbers written down, mobility work sent to your Symmio app, next session planned before you leave.

Frequently Asked Questions

Two to four coached days a week, depending on what your screen shows and what you are training for. Most people start at two and add a third once the foundation is holding. Your mobility work fills the days in between.

Usually yes, and we will want to talk to your Physical Therapist. We work alongside clinical care rather than around it and stay inside our scope as trainers. Bring your clearance to the consult and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do.

Most clients notice something in the first two to three weeks, usually because we have found what was actually driving the problem. Strength and movement changes that hold tend to show over two to three months, and we re-score the screen so you can see it rather than guess.

Yes, and plenty of people do once their foundation is solid. Since you are billed weekly there is nothing to break — we just move you across, and your program comes with you.

Generally yes. Private sessions let us watch every rep and adjust the moment something changes, which matters more when a problem has been with you for years. We screen first, we do not diagnose, and if what you need is clinical we will say so.
